Jill could not find any local bread or sweets in Las Vegas. She missed eating bagels everyday like before she was on Keto.

When the Pandemic Closures hit Las Vegas she had time on her hands and was baking so much Keto sweets and bagels during the time off work to satisfy her cravings she started driving them to friends houses!

Her friends would text her how their husband or boyfriend ate them and had no idea they were sugar free and they wanted more!

Shortly after she got the phone call that her employer sold the business and her friend urged her to take this opportunity to do what she loves and start selling her Keto items.

She took her advice and had her first Pop-up Shop at a friends Barbershop and sold out of all her baked goods in a few short hours! From there she started a Instagram Page and the business took off in a whirlwind of great feed back and orders from clients.

Jill's clients all said a similar thing- they couldn't find any Keto sweets or bread around town and when they did it tasted like protein powder. They say that they Love the taste of her items.

Her products are now in coffee shops around Las Vegas and Starburst Parlor is getting more and more followers on social media by word of mouth and posts clients make about the taste and enjoyment of Jill's sweet and savory menu.
